The Yogic Timelines

So over the years in all of the practicing I’ve done the most interesting one for me is the day counts and length of times we do things. Because in all of it I find my own resistance, avoidance, excuses and when I’m through it I find the discipline, growth and change within myself.

Day Counts

40 days: Breaking The Negative Habits.

90 days: Establishes the new habit within your conscious and sub conscious mind.

120 days: By having 120 days of continuous practice it will confirm the practice within your consciousness and imprint the positive benefits into your psyche

1,000 days: Will help you master your new habit of consciousness. This new habit will help you when you are in need.

Length of Time

3 Minutes: Will impact your electro magnetic field, your circulation and blood chemistry.

11 Minutes: Will begin to change the nerves and glandular system.

22 Minutes: Will balance your minds. (positive, negative and neutral) They begin to work together so your integration changes.

31 Minutes: Will allow your breath, glands and concentration to impact all the cells and rhythms of your own body. It will bring the 3 gunas, 31 tattavas and all they layers of your projections of the mind into balance.

62 Minutes: At this point the gray matter of your brain changes. The subconscious mind and positive projections are integrated.

2.5 Hours: Your psyche will change in relation to your magnetic field so that your subconscious mind can be held firmly in the new pattern.
